We are currently looking for individuals for the following positions:

Sales Managers - US Regions

Greater Boston Area

In order to further our growth, we are seeking highly qualified sales professionals whose main focus is "Hunting and Closing New Business Opportunities".

The successful sales professional will be highly motivated and have a proven track record of established sales success with customers in their respective territory. 5+ years of outside sales experience with at least 3+ years in Video Conferencing or Video-on-Demand/Streaming sales is preferred. The sales professional will be required to perform the following job-related activities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of BurstPoint products and services.
  • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer's visual collaboration needs.
  • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate and that are profitable to BurstPoint.
  • Travel, as necessary, to cover sales responsibilities in assigned territories.
  • Establish professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Success driven and a passion for winning new business
  • A proven history of meeting or exceeding your sales target
  • Superior Closing skills
  • Excellent communication skill (both verbal and written)
  • Organized and comfortable with on-line forecasting tools and have the ability to understand, present and demonstrate visual collaboration products and services to end user customers
  • Four year college degree is preferred
